Kingman Falcons Youth Wrestling Club
FAQ
Q: Why is the age limit higher than in the past?
A: This was a tough decision. The Falcons have grown a lot and in order to be able to correctly teach as many wrestlers as possible we needed to make this tough decision. In the distant future we may create a class just for the younger ages.

Q: Why are the practices sometimes closed to parents?
A: Two reasons. First is that the wrestling rooms are very small. Second, is that sometimes, it is harder to keep the kids focused on us and not you the parents.

Q: Why does the Falcons not have one consistent color?
A: It was decided in the beginning that the Falcons would be known for our logo and talent, not our colors.

Q: What is the letters on the sleeve?
A: They are initials in honor of our fallen wrestler, Joshua Ray Graffius, who passed away May 5, 2013.

Q: What school are the Falcons associated with?
A: None. The Falcons Wrestling Club is a non-profit organization that uses any available resource.

Q: Are wrestling shoes needed?
A: No, BUT we highly suggest it. You can ride a bike with a flat tire, it just isn't as much fun.

Q: Why do tournaments cost extra?
A: Any tournament held has expenses for the hosting club. Janitorial staff, rent, etc. In fact most tournament revenue do not cover the cost to run the tournament. This is why the raffle is so important.

Q: Why does the start of the season change from year to year.
A: Until we are able to obtain our own facility, there is a lot of uncontrollable factors that affect the start date.

Q: Why doesn't the Falcons do electronic registration?
A: It's not very personable. You are trusting us with your kids, so we think you should meet us before you spend your hard earned money.
